At Troy Center for Transition, we are dedicated to deepening learning through the promotion of dignity of risk. We understand that the transition into adulthood is a time of significant growth and uncertainty for both young adults and their families. Our goal is to support students in developing independence, exploring new opportunities, and finding their place in the adult world. We also help families navigate the delicate balance of encouraging their children to take responsible risks while ensuring their safety and well-being. We believe that with the right support, this transition can be empowering for everyone involved.
