Welcome to Troy Center for Transition!

Troy Center for Transition (TCT) has a dedicated staff that works to create engaging learning opportunities for our students, every day.  We pride ourselves on continuing to grow and develop as educators and are focused on providing students learning experiences that happen in the community daily. We empower our students to connect to the world around them. Learning in action takes place through partnerships at work based learning sites, socializing with peers in other districts, shopping and dining at our favorite local hangouts, and so much more.

We embody a sense of belonging by exploring and engaging with every aspect of our community. We are focused on taking our learning beyond the classroom walls and becoming adults who can give back to our community in meaningful ways.
